I was musing about the strange behavior of extroverts. They tend to come back for verbal abuse. There are men that will stay married to an abusive wife, and there are people that will comment on the same video on youtube 4 or 5 times a day for months throwing ad-hominems at eachother. I have no problem admitting that his behavior is vexing to me, and while I know that most people don’t have as severe a compulsion as the previously mentioned, I have noticed that a majority of people do this to a degree.
Mental illness is not the choice or even curable in any fashion, nor even are personality disorders. That doesn’t mean that any particular person has to use a device in a particular manner. That is between consumers and the provider, in the case of a phone there is no stipulation that I’m aware of that you can only use a providers service in certain ways or lose the service. You can’t retroactively posit your own moral preferences on an entire company and expect me or anyone else to take you seriously.
