The courts could simply state that they refuse to give judgement on any case involving him in the future, so if you go and beat him up or hire a private defence organisation to take your compensation you would not suffer legal ramifications. having legal agencies refuse to deal with you would cause the rest of society to ostrasize you without thinking about it, I wouldn’t do buissiness with someone who was an outlaw.
