Tried to embed a MSNBC video in post: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3096434/ns/msnbc_tv-msnbc_tv/#37266779 Here are the steps to reproduce: Click “Embed” button in MSNBC video. Copy and paste embed code in notepad. Click “Source” button on top in CKEditor. Paste embed code from notepad to CKEditor…

I previously attempted the [ View ] tag with MSNBC, but that did not work. It works for YouTube. Is it possible to enhance the [ View ] tag to work with other popular video sites? For example, someone may wish to embed videos from Hulu, Vimeo, CNN, Foxnews, MSNBC, etc.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/32545640 EDIT: ^^^ Doesn’t work. You have to find a URL that can be embedded without any special code from msnbc.

This is for Vimeo http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=4062081&server=vimeo.com&show_title=1&show_byline=1&show_portrait=1&color=&fullscreen=1&autoplay=0&loop=0

This is for Hulu http://www.hulu.com/embed/DsP2P9Bs6W5Kyu0PNDBonQ

There seems to be no exact URL for MSNBC, since the video parameters are not passed into the URL string itself (my guess).
