I got inspired by the post about How Free Market Prisons would work
The Insurance Company just lost or has its stable source of residual income threatened . Its client(the victim) will no longer pay the monthly fees, will have to ensure reparations to it’s client, or may lose more clients if word gets out it failed to retribute the family appropiately and the competition may be doing a better job.
So it will do anything in it´s power to minimize costs by obtaining as much as posible from the victimizer, making appropiate reparations and sending the message that they are the best company at handling this types of problems, by using the best and correct methods, technology and resources.
