The British way of pronouncing Keynes is Keens, Keynes being British, I would think that Keynes is pronouced Keens.

Also I’d like to point out that Prononciation is pronounced Prununciation as opposed to pronounce-iation.

Milton Keynes (a place north of London, not a person) is pronounced “keens”; the name Keynes is pronounced “canes”.
