Once again, I think Hoppe is making ad hoc assertions based off of his cultural biases.

Everything I have stated is based soley off of this thread and the information presented here as I think it has been intrepreted by Kenneth, Peter, and Bert. When I say “I think Hoppe…”, you could just as easily as reinterpret it as “The way I think you have interpreted Hoppe according to this thread”. My citition is the posts on this thread that I have addressed.
I am not arguing against Hoppe, I am discussing things with people who have interpreted Hoppe and presented some ideas on this thread. I am discussing why I think the way things are presented on this thread ascribed to Hoppe sound like an ad hoc cultural bias construct and the fact that most of the things listed are at best weak correlations with the things being asserted. If it isn’t actually “what Hoppe really meant” so be it, but the ideas still stand on this thread as they have been presented.
That isn’t what you said though…
Once again, I think Hoppe is making ad hoc assertions based off of his cultural biases.
It just gets old seeing people misrepresent Hoppe’s position.
And like I said, it was not meant to be a direct interpretation on Hoppe, merely a sentence used to perform exegesis of thought in a way I thought would be the most productive.
I suppose I can see your frustration and why you are adamant about the citing. For me though, it gets old having everyone and their grandmother’s claiming “straw man” or misrepresentation (which is why I will never defend Stirner for example), that is why I usually try to deal only directly with what is being stated in the thread. I think it may be two sides of the same coin with frustration on trying to keep a discussion productive.
The wiki page on ‘Demographics of India’ state that India has the most arable land and the most water area. I guess this could also be a reason for it being highly populated in comparison to countries or should I say regions with the same land area.
