I don’t believe that the “Live Free or Die” motto implies what you think it does, but I agree
that a lot of concentrated action which has liberty in mind tends toward collectivism,
whether that is in the form of gaudy corporate speak where the company – referred to as “we”
– performs certain activities for customers, or something like the Free State Project.

The word “collectivism” is fine as a catagorization, not an ontology.
