Did a quick search. Only thing I came up with is a mention of it in this Mises Daily where it says that paper is “essential reading” for a discussion of Aristotelian and Austrian economics. But interestingly enough someone did start a thread about it a year ago.
In any case it’s been added to the Wiki.
