I think Carson plays a useful role in the fact that to some extent he stops others in the movement from drifting into corporatist apologists.

I agree. I was hoping there was a way that we could set up a poll on this topic. Does anyone know how to do that? We could list all of the options mentioned already and add a NOTA option as well. Thoughts?
I was actually considering making a working group (similar to say WHATWG group that’s developing the HTML 5 spec in congruency with the W3C) in the groups section for the purpose of consolidating discussion & the considered terms for the aims of analyzing which ones were most effective, & the eventual aim of arriving at a more accpetable term to describe those once anarcho-capitalists and/or market-anarchists.
No, because the corporate apologetics isn’t a big deal in my opinion. I still want to read his Studies in Mutualist Political Economy though.
Hopefully, I will get to reading that whenever I finish his Austrian & Marxist Synthesis paper. I keep having to re-read the past chapter with the absurd amount of reading material I have yet to finish :.

A working group sounds like a good idea. Are you going to add this to the mises groups side?
It crossed my mind to do that, but the mises groups don’t seem to have a lot of activity, but utilizing a single thread within the larger forum is too sloppy too.
I actually think the project might more suitable for a separate site dedicated solely for it, but the mises group wouldn’t be a bad idea to start out with, & the separate site reserved for if more work/space/etc. is needed.

Have you ever used Orkut? Orkut or something like might be one way to go. Orkut is owned by Google and if you have a Gmail account (i.e. a mises.com account) you can log on using that info. You can also plug Orkut into your start.mises.com page if you have one.
