Why?
You did equate the two. I took my example from what you wrote.
Why did you leave out the next thing I said ("I see it as A > A)? Once again, I said (presumably) all Rothbardians are libertarians, but not all libertarians are Rothbardians. I did misprint tho, I should have said (Aa > Ab), where A means libertarians, a means non-rothbardians, > means there are more of them, and b means rothbardians
You realize this doesn’t make any sense, right?
Haha, yeah. See above ^
I think underneath some of the aggresion in this thread there is some serious bromance. It’s also one of my least favorite threads outside the religion threads that spring up. The “My fellow libertarians” is a good thread though. I hope this random comment will catch someone off guard, considering my luck on causing threads to end.
LandL,
Leave it to me. I manage to unwillingly derail threads almost inevitably.
It’s cuz you’re a nihilist. We can’t forgive you for pisig on his rug.

I left it out because it was irrelevant. You have changed the argument in order to bypass answering what a libertarian is and is not.
It is beyond frustrating when people will not nail down the simplest premises and continue to shift the argument around so that nothing is ever established as concrete.
Once again, I said (presumably) all Rothbardians are libertarians, but not all libertarians are Rothbardians.
Right, to which I said, if a Rothbardian is defined by adherence to the non-aggression principle (and they are) then it’s not possible to be for the non-aggression principle and not for the non-aggression principle and be the same thing.
Honestly bro, I can’t find many more ways to reword this.
^Because it’s irrelevant (at least to me), especially for 7 pages. The religion thread is worse though, it’s counter productive too.

Liberty, autonomy, acting upon one’s will. Libertarians hold liberty to be the highest human ideal, at least politially. Rothbardians base their libertarianism on the NAP.
It’s not a versus issue. It’s a term and a subset of that term.
Aa (all libertarians) is at least Ab (Rothbardian libertarians) but possibly more. (Aa > Ab)
But ya, like liberty said, it’s largely irrelevant.
