That is not Block’s position.
This author, likes many others, considers the morality of the parent’s actions but never mentions the morality of the interfering third party. In fact, he never mentions the third party, who ever it is that is going to force the parent to raise children they don’t want, at all.
Ultimately, he is misrepresenting libertarianism in suggesting it supports infantcide. He is correct that libertarianism strives to treat all human life equally, though I fail to see that as a flaw.
