The Day that Global Warming Died

yeah, it was a ‘good starting point’. you actually found the data?

Only the Illinois stuff, and to me it looks like the ice level on the northern hemisphere has decreased by a not insignificant amount. Where is the IPCC ice level graph?

Besides, it’s the ice volume and not the area that matters, right?

Besides, isn’t it true that the ocean temperatures are lagging behind with several hundred years?

The climate-change motivation is argued in three steps: one: human fossilfuel
burning causes carbon dioxide concentrations to rise; two: carbon
dioxide is a greenhouse gas; three: increasing the greenhouse effect increases
average global temperatures (and has many other effects).

What do you think about the “The Climate Change Motivation” chapter in this PDF?

idk. i browsed it, but i don’t know enough about all of this. I hear conflicting stories. I don’t trust the government. I smell the ‘Big Lie’. My refraining from initiating aggression or the advocation thereof puts me in a position where I can enjoy patience and wait and see. peace has eternal patience whereas those that desire to initiate coercion to get anything done are hiding something and will only cause more destruction in their unforeseeing haste.

That’s a very mature stance to take. The embodiment of the laissez faire .

I have a friend (engineering student) who laughs at climate sceptics. I’m trying to explain to him why you don’t have to be a conspiracy theorist to be a climate sceptic, but he is hard to convince.

Any links that I should send him?
