If that is what you are saying I agree with you but still fail to see how fractional reserve banking isn’t fraudulent and criminal i.e. the taking of my property without my permission.

Fractional reserve banking isn’t fraudulent if individuals knowingly enter into it. What is criminal is the repression of 100% reserve banks.
