And I will reiterate the point which seems to be lost on you: monopolies are in almost all cases created, subsidized, or otherwise protected, by the State. Except for very rare circumstances, monopolies don’t naturally occur.
Speaking of “consumer protection”, there was a woman arguing with Milton Friedman in one of his videos about crib safety. She said that she bought a crib that had a strangulation case. Nobody even asked her wtf she was doing putting her baby in that crib.

And what’s to say that they wouldn’t be offered on a buyer-beware basis without clinical trial, or while clinical trials are taking place?

We could only speculate as to how it would work. The function of such things in practice is left to the entrepreneur and businessman. Just as NirgrahamUK says, it’s not our job to know how every little tiny thing works. THe market does that for us.

On the flip side arbitration is definitely something that would be in consumer demand. Where there is a demand capitalists will fill the void looking to make a profit.

thats precisely the point. A particle collider is very costly and not of immediate profit to anyone so in your world it would not come into existence.
Organizing a clinical trial (which is necessary to show that the drug actually has an effect) cost roughly a billion $, requires ~1000 participants and takes about 5 years. I doubt you would pay for this and wait for the results.
I’m not nearly as well read as some folks but I understand the point of a market, the division of labor, and in general the basics of economics. I don’t live in an economic fairy tale which you elude to believing.
If you truely cared about this stuff you’d be reading, referencing, and learning. Instead you present various strawman arguments, let your emotions take control, and volluntarily choose to live in a state of ignorance.
