What Are You Reading?

No, it is not decreasing. In fact, it is growing, as I can attest from personal experience. But I’ve decided I’m not going to waste time defending the theory in places where people seem intent on opposing it. (Note that I’m not referring to you in that description. Skepticism is different from belligerent gainsaying.)

I’m finishing up Inquiry into the nature and causes of the wealth of nations by Adam Smith. In the on-deck circle is The Road to Serfdom by F. A. von Hayek.

The exquisite scholar’s edition of Human Action. I just got it from the Mises store, and it’s my new best friend.

I am currently reading via audio book from audible.com Altered Carbon by Richard K. Morgan. Very cyber punkish style but with deep philosophical undertones. Mainly into the body vs the “soul” is there a connection that can be severed and replaced? Have to warn you that it is rated M for mature, I found myself skipping a few sections due to content.

Thought I would add that I am reading traditionally the NKJV chronological study bible from thomas nelson. I am a book reviewer for them and this is my first book, very fun.
