NO, because the Fed is the culprit.

Business school graduates could be oblivious to how the market works and still successfully run a business. It was the Fed that drove interest rates far below their market value communicating to businesses that there was a large amount of stored capital ready to be put to a productive use. This resulted in MBA’s engaging in capital projects that required more resources then were currently available. The recklessness of the MBA’s simply could not have occured absent the reckless monetary policies put in place by the federal reserve.
