If you are hanging out in the city, I recommend going to City Lights Bookstore. It’s where the 1960’s hippies use to hang out when they were protesting the war. If you go downstairs on the left side of the bookshelf they have an Anarchism section. It’s so cool.
Since I’ve been there [ not that many since it is a BART ride away ] they have not had Rothbard. However, they did have the Robert Graham History of Anarchism which really got me started in the ideology after I had read Lysander Spooner but like I said they always have something new and its fun to go there even if to see the history of the building. Funny thing they have all of these statist posters in the window like ‘Nationalize healthcare’ ‘Make gasoline a public utility’.Totally looney yet still cool to see.
Yea I can’t recommend them since I haven’t been there. City Lights is really cool though so if you haven’t been there, are in the city with time to kill, then it is a cool place to check out.
