Austrian Masters programs

I am graduating from the University of Maryland with a math degree and a GPA of 2.6. I am interested in getting a PHD, but because of my low GPA I think I need to get a masters first. I have heard that San Jose State has a Masters program that sends PHD candidates to George Mason. Are there any other Austrian Masters programs? Any other advice to help me boost my chances to attend Grad School?

(Personal) Is getting a PhD in Austrian Economics worth it?
