I am writing a multi-piece criticism of Joseph Stiglitz’ The Stiglitz Report. One of the articles will deal with regulation of the banking industry prior to the crisis. Does anybody know of any good reliable sources on pre-crisis regulation? Both pro-market and pro-regulation would be great.
