Hey guys. I was wondering if you knew of any good books that offered an excellent critique of social anarchism. The reason for this is to further my conviction that all forms of socialism, even “libertarian” socialism is authoritarian and unworkable. I know that Nozick’s Anarchy, State, Utopia is the most well known, but I would like to know of others that also provide an excellent refutation of social anarchism. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

all i think needs to be said is that libertarian socialism on the small ‘family’ scale, is tenable, if, there is a larger division of labour capitalist market outside of it for it to trade with.
but the bigger the collective of ‘sociality’, the more the participants must share poverty and be unjust to each other.
Why? A basic understand of Mises’ arguments will suffice in this regard. Actually, I believe anarcho-syndacalism escapes of lot of these criticisms, but basic economic theory will be adequate to refute a lot of these arguments. The biggest problem is that there haven’t been, to my knowledge, any serious expositions of social anarchist economic theory to refute.
I know, I guess most scholars don’t take social anarchism seriously. [:^)]
