I have already searched the Internet on the matter but it’s always good to hear other opinions.
Since the ECB (European Central Bank) is about to yeld to pleas from Italy and Spain to lower rates and since this would send inflation skyrocketing (it has “just” been soaring for the past five years) I’ve decided that it would be wise to buy a little more gold as an extra insurance against politics.
What’s the best way? There are plenty of options available: buy them directly, buy as part of a group, invest through the bank etc.
What’s the best coin? I was thinking about Krugerrands because their value seem to be the most consistent but I am very open to suggestions.
Like to find an answer to that for people buying in Canada. I have a bunch of Gold Maple Leafs, partly because they offer the highest purity and because here, you don’t get taxed if you purchase them (over bullion or others).
