I just picked up “Perpetual War for Perpetual Peace” by Vidal, has anyone here read any of his voluminous works?
Jeff Riggenbach seems to view him in a highly favorable light. What’s the verdict on Vidal?
I have read both Lincoln and Burr. Burr was the better of the two in my opinion if only because Burr certainly had the more interesting record of “Public Service”. He, Vidal, is an extremely talented writer.
