Communism is bad in theory and in practice as history has shown. So don’t compare the two in this way. 
In a libertarian society women have the right to get up and leave as they wish. She is not the property of her husband and he therefore cannot stop her.

In Islam, there’s something called forcd marriages. These will of course be illegal in a libertarian society, but it’s almost impossible to prove what is forced and what is not.
Which is what the left says when it passes antidiscrimination laws. No matter how much you dislike it, the burqa is just a large piece of clothing to be worn or not at the woman’s discretion. Banning it because some men force their wives to wear it is akin to banning the Confederate battle flag because of the KKK, only more so.

In a libertarian society it’s highly unlikely that such an arrangement would have happened in the first place. Still however if it did, there is nothing to stop the women from leaving her husband at any time.
