statists advocate that all humans are slaves of the state.

The libertarian party in Norway advocate the state because it will arise in an anarchy no matter what, and that the state thus is a necessary evil. They base their views mostly on Ayn Rand.

And rape will happen no matter what, therefore, we should legalize rape?

Governance is good. Rape is not.
