Choice is GOOD

Without choice, there is no way to put resources to their most productive uses.

What does ‘without choice’ mean. It’s impossible. We canto conceive of ‘no choice’. We always and at all times make choices. One cannot even fully grasp the implication of a ‘no choice’ world. It’s like discussing the merits and demerits of breathing, for god’s sake!

Hmmm, “perhaps more choice is good?” But even then, humans tend not to like to be overburdened with choices, there have been quite a few psych studies to confirm this.

People will often choose to delegate choices to others, but retain the option of choosing to withdraw that delegation. This is the distinction between the “original judgment” of business-owners and the “derived judgment” of hired managers.
