I thought that maybe someone has read this paper (Jon? :D) and has some additional input or can point me to discussions elsewhere/critizism?
I’d be interested to read it, I think you should approach it with an open mind though. From what I’ve heard (mostly from David Gordon) Cohen is really a first rate thinker (he’s Gordon’s favourite marxist) and libertarians have a lot to learn from him. I know Tom Palmer, Eric Mack, David Gordon and Jan Naverson have all written a critique of Cohen’s book Self Ownership, Freedom and Equality and Gordon provided some critical remarks on it in his book review, but said it was superb nonetheless. I plan on reading it in the summer actually, I’ve got it on my bookshelf but not got around to reading it. In any case, any of the authors just mentioned should have some opinion on it that they’ve mentioned elsewhere.
As for people on these forums, I know Danny (Donny with an A) is big on Cohen and has read some of his works, so send him a message and he’ll probably be able to point out some of his errors and point you in the direction of relevant material. I’m sure he’d be more than willing to help.

I’ll have to write the essay in german first, but if I find the result acceptable, I might translate it later. Well I should go back to writing…
