We need one that does not allow the government to tax, limits its power a lot more than the current one, to the point where it has a hard-coded function. Maybe it would just be something that does not allow for a government at all. I am just wondering about laws.. would you have competing societies with different laws?
I’m not quite getting what you’re asking here. Are you asking how would anarchy work? Obviously there wouldn’t be a constitution in an anarchist society.
There will be no constitution in free society as it is just justification for state existence and its powers. This one is just for fun

Individuals would contract with Private defense agencies, or dispute resolution organisations… or insurance companies.. or subscription patrol services, etc. They would then agree to “laws”. “Society” doesnt exist.
Anyway, in terms of transition:
