consumers causing inflation

in school we are taught that sometimes aggregate demand exceeds aggregate supply therefore you have an increase in prices across the board. We are taught Keynesian in school.

Now obviously demand will always exceed supply in our heads, we all wish for luxury homes and cars.

But in the real world, prices aren’t determined by our wishes, they are determined by our real incomes.

Don’t you get your income from producing, so how how can aggregate demand exceed aggregate supply?

congratulations you and Jean Baptise Say are smarter than your teachers.
