Are you guys against de jure corporations this since they are largely enforced by the state?… err, they can’t really exist without the state is what I mean to say (patents, personhood, etc)
Corporate personhood is a license by the state for corporate executives to commit crimes and let shareholders pay for them.
under the cyrrent system corporate personhood is justa legal umbrella for large corrupt companies.
under a normal system corporate personhood is more of a way of organizing all a companies legal liabilities.
I am against corporate personhood, but not necessarily against corporations (although I am not a big fan of those corporations who exploit corporate personhood to indemnify itself against alleged wrong doings.)
