What is the “it”?

  1. Person gets on a plane, AND
  2. knowing he is infected with H1N1, AND
  3. knowing H1N1 is contagious, AND
  4. knowing that it could be potentially hazardous to others.

Does the above intersection constitute “the occurrence of some sort of property rights violation”?
