Dept. of Homeland Security patrols

While on campus today i noticed that a K-9 unit “Federal Police Dept. of H. S.” tags. Has anyone else seen them around where they are? I don’t wanna have to call Alex Jones.

Why would DoHS would send patrol cars to campuses? Drugs doesn’t seem like a good enough reason. DoHS is around for terrorism, right?

These assholes?

Is there a Federally-owned or leased building on or adjacent to the campus?

Otherwise, it might have been one of these…

Do you think there was such a thing happening on or near campus at the time?

If not, is your campus within a hundred miles of the nearest national border and/or coastline? DHS reckons that’s their turf.

Their guidelines for what constitute “terrorism” are fairly broad. I’m pretty sure everyone on this site qualifies. Particularly Bert, for placing his faith in crude, unshaven, Nordic deities instead of America.

I’m not joking…

Well that sucks my major is Nordic mysticism. (haha)

It was the top picture, except it was an SUV. There may be Federal buildings around, idk. There also is a semi formal dance tomorrow. I wonder if they’ll have the TSA anywhere. I’m at IU; Bloomington, IN. No within 100 miles, but within 100 miles of a few state borders, maybe that means that they can just police anywhere they feel like.

K-9 units wouldn’t search for drugs would they? They’d be searching for… plastic and chemicals for use in the construction of …

I found this (i don’t know how i missed it).

IU offers a degree in “homeland security and emergency management.”

“Students in the program will learn how government and nongovernment officials can work to prevent and mitigate disasters, how homeland security and emergency management disciplines work together at the federal, regional, state and local levels, and how to develop strategies, plans and programs to make communities safer,”

and wouldn’t you know it, it is new, “Disaster prevention and mitigation in the post 9/11 world requires, more than ever, professional talent in homeland security and emergency management.”

This is what the Rockefellers have done to IU since the 40’s. It is a training center for “emergency worker” bureaucrats.

Yeah, there are a lot of colleges that offer programs that are explicitly training for the government bureaucracy.

"For example, one memo warned that anarchist extremists “embrace a number of radical philosophical components of anticapitalist, antiglobalization, communist, socialist, and other movements.”

Oh schweet! Looks like Anarcho Capitalists aren’t terrorists!

wait …

“antigolbalization”

fuuuuuuuuuck

Oh wait, look at this!

“communist, socilaist”

Hey! Washington is full of communists and socialists! About fucking time those in D.C. are finally officially known as terrorists!

An ideology adopted by many white supremacist prison gangs who embrace a Norse mythological religion, such as Odinism or Asatru.

First I found humour in it, then I realized it’s WP assholes in prison and bad press that gives Heathens a bad name.

Well that sucks my major is Nordic mysticism.

If you’re being serious how does one major in Nordic mysticism? Also, if you’re being serious, go to AsatruLore.org.

I was not being serious.
