Did I miss the elephant in the financial aid office?

This article misses the most important reason why college enrolement would be going down, that the loans used to finance it are not worth the degrees being supplied.

You mean that ‘the degrees are not worth the loans used to finance them’.

All the good jobs that pay a decent amount require a degree of some sort…
