Heres a note a wrote on facebook just a minute ago..Not my best writing since it was just a rant i wrote in short amount of time but let me know what yall think.
Emancipate the Hoes
Its 1 am, summertime, I work 3 days a week and I really do not do anything productive or provide anything to society at this point of time in my life so why not expand my mind alittle bit, practice my writing skills and give alittle rant on prostitution, drugs and a number of other repulsive things? Here it goes..
*(I would like to add that this is abite satarical and is meant to be provocative while providing entertainment for the reader, but deep down..these are my true thoughts.)
As Abraham Lincoln proclaimed in 1863 with the Emancipation Proclamation for the freedom of slaves, it is now time to do the same thing with the sluts and crackheads all across America .
We have over 500,000 inmates (that our taxes go towards) in prison for non-violent crimes. Yes, over half a million people have had their lives taken away just because they decided to light up a blunt, snort some coke up their right nostril (maybe left, I dont know), or took money for pleasuring others. Keep in mind, its perfectly fine to go S*** yourself around as long as there isn’t any money transactions, but as soon as a dollar is slipped in your pocket, its time to go to the slammer! Perfectly logical, right? Not!
First off I would like to say whether someone is willing to rent their body out for money or is willing to slob on 50 knobs for free is pretty disgusting, but hey, if they wish to S*** it up then go ahead and S*** it up. How does this affect me at all? It doesn’t. Why should I care? I don’t.
But now, in our current society, w***s and drug-e’s are unfairly prosecuted by our justice system and are thrown into prison for things that hurt no one but themselves. There is no coercion;there is no force, just free will. They don’t force people to have sex with them and get money for it; their customers are 100% willing. Yet these people are still thrown into tax payers prisons and we are forced to pay for their 3 meals a day, their bedding, their housing, and their toiletry use.
*(Before I start this next paragraph I would like to make it clear that there is nothing wrong with being right winged nor is there anything wrong with being evangilical. Im both. Its only wrong to be a hypocrit and coercive.)
Your typical right wing evangilical argument says prostitution should be illegal because its ‘immoral’. Well since it is ‘immoral’ and all than should pre-marital sex not be illegal as well? What about porn for adults who wish to watch it? Hey, the Bible even speaks against oral sex with the story of Saddam and Gomorrah , lets ban oral sex for willing adults as well! I love having the government tell me what to do with my life and body, don’t you? Or I guess since many of these people are more often tempted to commit adultry, let their willy out before they say ‘I do’, google Paris Hilton sex tapes, or lust at the cleavage of a young busty waitress than they are to do drugs or buy a hooker then none of these should be against the law. Only morally repugnant things that dont effect them should be against the law..I smell some hypocrisy.
Now I hear the argument that prostitution and drugs are unsafe.
Statistically, stepping into a car is one of the most dangerous things an American can do. Hey, I have an idea. Lets destroy all vehicles!
Guns can go on the long list of harmfull things too…Im sure all those right wingers who oppose legalization of weed, gay marriage, and prostitution would throw a fit if their guns are confiscated though, huh?
Lets speak hypothetically now. Lets say meth all of asudden was to become legal. Would you now decide to go do it? Most likely your answer is something similar to, ‘hell no!’. Atleast I hope it is.
What if prostituion is legalized, would you suddenly have an epiphany to decide to go w**** yourself around for cash at the nearest Loves truck stop? Again, your answer is probably ‘hell no’. And if your answer is ‘yes’, please tell me so I never come within a 15 foot radius of you for the rest of my time on earth.
I have news for people; government cannot protect people from themselves.
I personally oppose prostitution and the use of most drugs. I choose to lead by example though rather than coercion.
Would Jesus be one to use force and the threat of government to force people to be moral or would he want people to be moral for themselves and their faith in him?
Revelations 3:20 says, “Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me.”
This verse represents the Lord’s presence and teachings while INVITING the individual to accept Jesus as one’s savior and live by the word of God.
It does not say, “Here I am! If you do not answer the door to accept me and my teachings then I will send your local police officers to arrest you and throw you in jail.”
When you are a believer of a ‘free society’ you support everyone in making their own decisions, not just the decisions that you deam ‘ok’, otherwise you are just as tyrannical as Hitler, Stalin, King George and George Bush.
With that said, I will leave you with several quotes to think about the next time your either getting high, thinking about buying the hooker near that McDonalds on the boulevard, watching Hannity/O’reilly on Fox News, or at your local Sunday church service.
