Were you aware that you are not able to kill endangered species that threaten your property or livestock, only if they are an “immediate” threat to you?
No, but I’m not surprised if the law is written this way. The Endangered Species Act is part the United Nation’s Agenda 21 for “Sustainable Development,” which is aimed at achieving totalitarian control over people, land, and resources. All in the name of saving us from environmental destruction, overpopulation, and global warming, of course. The ESA is responsible for the recent water shortage in California, which was created by a government mandate in the name of protecting a type of smelt. The smelt population has not recovered, but this was never the point anyway.
