Hehe don’t underestimate the connection of Europeans and their plasma screens. Console gaming is big here, and guess which screens go best with the current generation of consoles…
If an “eco T.V,” is legislated at the standard European T.V., let’s see how expensive they cost, and how much they might have to be subsidized to surivive.

I upset someone enough with my anarchist views on a different forum the other day he claimed he was going to come kick my ass in real life. It was quite amusing. I asked him if he thought it was very wise to come threaten bodily harm to a “crazy anarchist gun nut.”
Just the other day, I was standing in front of a 47-inch plasma screen in an electronics shop and thought to myself, “The miracles of technology. Talk about simulating real life. Mankind gets the job done once more.”
But if it’s too carbon-intensive, of course, it needs to be purged. These Eurocrats have lost every touch with reality. Probably view themselves as enviro-angels on a global mission to spread peace and sanity.
How gladly I will join the angry mob with forks (due to restrictive gun legislation) and torches (flashlights produce too much carbonz, lul!) once they head for Brussels.

I don’t even have a plasma screen cause imo it is not worth the extra cost, cause for me a standard tv is good enough, but just because I think it’s a waste doesnt mean it is. This kind of stuff really gets me angry. lol, do not ban them!
