My copy of New Liberty arrived a couple days ago. Pretty psyched to read it, the first Rothbard I read was Ethics of Liberty and I found it great. Sadly, there was a bit of damage (postal service?) on the front cover, but it’s pretty minor.
Anyway, once I’ve finished this, what do you suggest I read next, when it comes to libertarian books? (I have plenty of non-libertarian books already)- rothbard? some mises? something else entirely?
Any suggestions for a somewhat new rothbard fan? Thanks
Since making that post, I’ve finished New Liberty- my personal fav parts being the personal liberty and foreign policy chapters.
I have two books coming (a present from my parents currently in the US): One is the last knight of liberalism, the other is Man Economy and State. Got the study guide too, I had a look through the pdf on the site, and it looks pretty good. Of course, I’d much prefer a book to long pdfs, espeically such long books. Looks like I’ve got my reading sorted for the foreseeable future.
