This book does as wonderful a job as one could hope for summing up what is relevant to Stirner and his views. It is the “Cliff Notes” or “Companion” that is most likely needed for Stirner

It also does a wonderful job in clearly summing up some major points of major figures that are relevent to, but outside of, many libertarianesque individuals “normal” studies (Which may indeed include Stirner and Marx themselves as fringe studies). It also presents more modern critiques (such as by Hans Helms).

reading this (and I would say Mackay’s bio as well, it’s a short read)along with “Ego”, or perhaps even before Ego can only help.

A very handy book indeed.

Dang, I don’t know any german!

Maybe they should do a poem about it then. I recall the some members of the Mises Institute writing a poem about Immanuel Kant’s philosophy a while back.
