India is the largest country in south asia. its diversified culture and customs almost common to its all neighbour. Pakistan, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Nepal, Vutan and Maldives are its closer neighbour. Though these countries have different independent identity but still in lots way originality of peoples cultural structure are same in this region.
India has a crucial role to play in this part. But india failed to do that in the past. Mainly Indias relation with pakistan always turmoil the total political stability within the reason and causes deepen the disparities for the fate of mass people development opportunity.
Most of the cases india run trade deficit with all its neighbours persistently for long time. SAFTA is still not in its full potential. If we look at the pace of EU integreation, influence of ASEAN and even the performance of common market for Mexico, canada and usa we will easily understand how easily it could have been a fortune zone in the world just for its common ground.
If we look at the common people involvement and desire, just incase of cricket game like in IPL we can readily understand people living in this part are very friendly and wide open to accept others involvement but still why poverty rate stagnant within the reason over the decade. why not the mass people who are poor dreamt for better life come in true as a whole.
if we look at the foreign policy we see worlds influential player(USA secretery of state) frequently pay visits here, in a sense regions two major players (INDIA & PAKISTAN)also pay their attention to them as media for communication but refuse to make a dialogue directly.
In fact Indias foreign relation with her neighbours are not worthstanding. why???Cant be the region turn into a common reason like EU, How long it will take ? Some times its amazing to thought that despite of having such broad hearted spritual people in this region why the place is segmented, why mass people suffer that much from poverty, why inequality is that much widened within the intra and inter country disparity? To resolve these and to give the people the true realization that the region can be the best among the world if only and only there is a common dialogue between them on the basis of economic point of view rather than political leaders means of business foreign policy: biased by the view of national security confronted by the military backed inteligence and huge spending for mass destructive weapons to buy from the manufacturers from the developed world.
when will the mass people decide that they will not serve the functions of those middlemen rather they themselves make their fortune. Will not this come true once in the long run?
