Could cities actually be planned (e.g roads, public transit, sewers etc) by the free market? I’ve heard how some things chould be operated privately but not planned.
Why would you want an entire city to be planned? What would be the advantages/disadvantages?
Sure, just use thepoint.com and have lots of people and businesses commit to taking part in a pre-planned city.
Alternatively, you can build roads, transit and sewers in such a way that it can be easily expandable as if it were centrally planned.
