I also liked How the Irish Saved Civilization, but that’s probably not what you’re looking for.
This is a classic book! And quite correct as well…(I am of Danish descent, so cannot be accused of bias here)…plus it’s cheap as chips. Only trouble is, it’s too short - a bigger, more in-depth study (perhaps a Scholarly edition of 800 pages, published by the Mises Institute!) would be a great boon to the study of history.
But yes, anyway, get this book!
