Is this true? Does mexico have free market system run their water?
Considering that Mexico does not have a free market in any other sector of their economy and still have remnants of socialism from previous socialist revolutions, I highly doubt they have a free market water system.
I recall a NY Times piece on a South American country where people are “dying in a system of free market water”. I’ll search for it now…

So, is Mexico’s water system free market or gov. controlled?
