Government required health insurance would mean you would be required to have health insurance. If you don’t you will become a criminal subject to all the fine benefits the State offers to those who don’t do what it wishes. While you are correct that they (usually) use violence as a last resort this would not preclude them from taking away your property and freedom in exchange for a ‘service’ you don’t wish to partake in for whatever reason.
Judging by your other posts you seem like a young pup quite indoctrinated in the Statist propaganda and are learning the economics of collectivism so what I’m about to tell you might come as somewhat of a shock – America wasn’t founded on the idea that you could be made a criminal for the very act of existing.
