What books would you recomend on the economics of health care from an Austrian (or at least free market) perspective?

I don’t know any books, but IIRC, Walter Block might have down some work on the economics of health care from an Austrian perspective. There may be some podcasts.

In order to understand the health care crisis, you need to understand the damaging effect of State licensing requirements. The supply of doctors is carefully restricted, keeping prices high.

Try “HEALTHY COMPETITION What’s holding back Health Care and How to Free It” by Michael Cannon & Michael D. Tanner. I thought it was pretty good.

I’m not aware of any libertarian books on health care, but Molyneux has some good insights here.

I think the main arguments would be morality and the general case against tax-funded monopolies.
