Well, Russians are nothing but a blend of Viking (the Russ) and local turkik populations (mostly Mongols and Khazars). So, most Russians can be easily counted as “half-Caucasians” (if you take that to mean of Viking and/or Indian-Aryan descent). As for Jews, easter-european Ashkenzis are Kahazars, so when saying that the Russian mafia is composed of Caucasians and Jews you are saying that it is composed of the two population that make up modern Russians.
