Intellectual dishonesty.

A moderator has privately claimed that I am guilty of “intellectual dishonesty.” Can someone prove that I have been intentionally deceitful?

I definitely disagree with most of you. And, I’ll even acknowledge that I’ve been playfully misanthropic (although, I just would’ve hoped for a less uptight audience).

But dishonest? That kind of hurt. Even replying as often as I can (and doing it more today than anyone else), I can’t answer every single person or criticism. I am trying my best, and I have been very forthright (even conceding that I don’t have a rock-solid macroeconomic explanation for widescale downturns).

liberty student, I believe you are the one being dishonest.

P.S. Seriously, guys, censorship on a forum dedicated to people like Mises? I know “moderation” means you can be selective, but I would assume we should err on the side of “freedom of speech,” unless someone is spamming or trolling rather than engaging in argument.

Honestly, I always look forward to your replies on my arguments against your positions but often have to ask again.

I don’t know if this is because of you being intellectually dishonest or you thinking my arguments are too stupid to even bother.

Posts like that have to be put in the Member Issues subforum. I am going to lock this thread and re-post it there. If you or anyone else wants to discuss those issues, you or they are free to discuss it there.
