Is it feasible for a sector of quasi socialism to be worse then actual socialism?

For intents let’s choose the sector for health care. Is it feasible for the health care sector of quasi socialism to be worse then complete socialism? I know these labels (worse and better) are quite relative and broad, but you get the point of my question.

Given this, what of its corollary,

Is it feasible for a sector of quasi free-markets to be better then actual free-markets?

There’s no real difference in the long run; quasi-socialism (also known as “mixed” economic systems, and fascism), just takes somewhat longer to collapse on itself. Without a functional price mechanism, and without disseminated information/ownership over the means of production, there can be no rational way to allocate scarce resources.

Not if you define socialism as Mises did. Not even the Soviet Union was ever purely socialist.
