I mean I really don’t know where this reporter stands on economic issues (nor do I care), but she had this horrible habit of making the most clueless or idiotic faces during this interview with Ron Paul:
Monday was the first time I ever watched Squawk Box, I was clicking through the channels and the host said ‘Ron Paul on next’ so I kept it on and watched this. Shortly after, some other host was baffled at how gold could be used as money he was like ‘you can’t eat it, you don’t make cars with it, why is it worth anything?’ Showed a clear ignorance to the origin of money or what makes a good money. Then they went on talking about how impractical it would be to carry around gold, as if using paper notes representing gold hadn’t been used for centuries I was baffled

on the other hand, you can eat a fed note, and you can make cars out of fed notes…
I wonder whether ancient ring saga’s would be quite the same with the rings all made out of paper…
