Is this consistent with the Austrian School of Economics?

Would the U.S. have an Austrian Economy if an amendment that did the following was passed? What would need to be added or taken away, if anything, to make the amendment adhere strictly to Austrian Economics?

repeals the 16th amendment

disallows the federal government to print any more money to cap inflation.

1.5% capped national sales tax for paying SC Justices, the President, and members of Congress, and running Federal buildings and roads. Each member of Congress is to be paid 1/4 of what the president is paid, except the VP should be paid to 3/4 what the president is paid. S.C. Justices are paid 2/3 what the President is paid. The Secretary of the Treasury and the Sec. of State are to be paid 1/2 what the president is paid.

Abolish all federal agencies, beauracracies, and Departments, except Dept. of State and the Treasury.

Government may not invest in the private sector.

No state income tax may be higher than 10%; all state income taxes must be flat; No state may make sales tax higher than 8%; States are not allowed to have any other taxes.

Remove all military bases not on U.S. soil.

Federally legalize all drugs; leave age limits up to the states.

Overturn Roe V. Wade and leave up to states.

Abolish the Federal Death penalty.

close all federal prisons.

Presumably it would still have an American economy, no?

The Austrian school of economics isn’t an ideology, it has nothing to do with the death penalty, foreign wars, Roe v. Wade, how high taxes should be, etc. Only ethics can tell you what the proper ends are. The Austrian method can only tell you what the result of certain policies would be.
