Not only is Juan correct that only a handful of confused people (himself included) believe that nonsense, and that it is indeed nonsense, Giles is bringing such issues into this thread when it has nothing to do with the initial topic. Notice that it’s him who brings the left/right thing into this.

Yes, you’re quite correct I was. But it was merely my thoughts on the subject. I was not attacking either side. And if you think it’s nonsense, prove it.
I don’t see what I said that was so distasteful.
Rude? No, I just don’t feel like going into the same petty fighting that these threads always devolve into. I merely stated that the stateless society that the left envision is more similar to democracy, whereas that imagined by the right is more similar to monarchy.
Which I find to be interesting given that the left sees the transition to democracy as a step forward and the right see it to be the major cause of decivilization. I don’t see why any of what I said should be offensive or disagreeable.
