So how can anyone be a libertarian, when you harbor anti-semitic thoughts? The libertarians who criticize Israe, do they hate jewish people. If so, then they are not libertarians.

So you’re defining what a libertarian is based on a stance on whether they like Jews or not? As far as I’m concerned, a libertarian can feel and think however he pleases in regards to matters like this as long as the NAP is in place. What if I don’t like anyone from Texas in a cowboy hat, am I less libertarian?

Besides Player’s post, people realize Israel is an agitator in the Middle-East, and they are a tool for anti-Islamic and pro-Western propaganda. It’s no surprise why a lot of nations do not like Israel. Besides whatever atrocites they committed, they are just a large Jewish ghetto. The anti-Semitic thing is easy to ploy. They are trying to fuzz the lines between Judaism and Zionism. They go around with the Star of David on their national flags and tanks, and when you criticize the State it somehow amounts to criticizing Judaism and being anti-Semitic.

Israel is not just a police state, it’s a military state. It’s the worst and most dangerous state. Why?

-It has no borders, it’s borders grown each year with it’s tanks. It’s borders are not based on any kind of nationalism, language group, historical or geographical boundaries, it’s a rogue state that claims all the land it wants, the only active expansionist/imperialist land-grabber state active.

-It sends SWAT teams to any country, at night, to kidnap 80 year old men, because one “eyewitness” claim he saw him as military draftee guarding a camp in WW2. It’s worse than terrorism, if they “claim” you were collaborating with the nazis, they can kidnap anywhere, or even assassinate!

-It is the only Western State that justifies assassination and practices it

-It’s the only Western State that justifies censorship, thought crimes and is proud of it, to the point of blackmailing and acting mafia style to destroy all those who have points of view they don’t approve. (In dictatorships you were not allowed to criticize the dictator, in democracies you are not allowed to criticize the jews. Think the similarities in that!)

-It’s the reason of the destruction of Europe, in the heart of Europe Germany they have made this possible:

a professor who writes his disbelief about certain historical events in a footnote, written in Latin(!), in a scholarly anthology(!) was prosecuted and threatened with jail, and the anthology was confiscated and burned;
a judge, writing a well-founded, but highly controversial book on historical topics, saw his book confiscated and burned, his pension cut, and his PhD title withdrawn as a result of this;
a history teacher was sent to jail for uttering historical dissent in a private letter to a high-profile personality;
a professor criticizing internationalism was kicked out of his job, harassed, prosecuted and driven into suicide;
a historical dissenter was sent to prison for more than two years just because he published peaceful, scholarly historical material;
well-founded, heavily footnoted books on political and historical topics, authored by academics with plenty of credentials, were and are being confiscated and burned by court order;
authors, editors, publishers, printers, wholesalers, retailers, importers and exporters, warehouses, and customers buying more than two copies of a certain medium with peaceful, yet dissenting views on history or politics can be prosecuted for producing, stocking, importing/exporting, distributing such dissident material;
the authorities hide from their citizens, which media are outlawed, so that one cannot possibly know whether or not one commits a crime when distributing such media;
judges are threatened with prosecution because they did not punish political and historical dissenters harshly enough;
defense lawyers are prosecuted if they try to introduce evidence showing that the dissenting historical views of their clients, for which they are prosecuted, are in fact correct;
internet providers are forced by law to censor the internet by not forwarding dissenting political and historical material to their customers;
the authorities are actually proud of conducting more than 10,000 criminal prosecutions every year(!) against persons for having committed peaceful “thought crimes”, or more than 100,000 persecutions of peaceful dissenters in ten years!

And if we go to sheer brutality and reversing back to brute age of Inquisition as they have brought back!.. Basically Israel is the Inquisition, can lock anybody in jail for criticizing them, control all the governments and doesn’t respect any international laws or treaties because they believe they are God Chosen and the rest cattle. That’s why. It’s in their genes, just as blacks run faster, jews have less empathy or none at all, that’s why the youngs who refuse to serve in the military are less “pure jewish blood/heritage”, ironic isn’t it? They are a supremacist racist empire that will rule the world from their imposed International Court in Jerusalem and New World Order from there. They destroyed all nations so that they are all the same, interchangeable, no culture, language, history, race. After murdering dozen of millions and faking the holocaust (only their lives matter, jews lives, the rest of human beings not, because they are not jews, only cattle) they have immunity/distraction for years. Israel is dangerous because it’s our future, a military state with checkpoints, murder without trial, censorship and Orwellian world.

Yes. And for some reason, in my travels and conversations with people around the world, I’ve noticed that it is largely a US phenomenon. “Israel is our ally” has been asserted over and over again to the point that it has become true in the minds of people. They are more certain of their duty to protect the Israeli state than they are of gravity or their own pulse. At times, it seems that there is absolutely no way to discredit this state in the minds of these people. It gets a free pass regardless of their ethics, philosophical beliefs and even any violence or murder performed through that state’s apparatus.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it, though. As the American hegemon collapses in on itself, the Israel lobby will find less and less use for America.

I don’t think this is the case. at least in terms of saying “a lot”. Objectivists are probably only one small part of any pro-Israel sentiment that may exist. I woulld say the Pro-Israel fetishes are really just a gigantic quasi-random stew of different motives of different people in different positions with most of the people involved (unlike the Objectivists warped view of reality) having no “evil” intent regardless of how insane the consequences of, or even the notion, of the state of Israel is.

And as far as libertarianism is concerned; it seems to attract all stripes of pro/anti Israel/Jewish sentiment, if one is going to look at the broadest terms of how the word can be used. Political/social ideas and intellectualism of all stripes that run counter to the tepid mainstream views and narratives, unfortunatly, have a tendency to attract the full spectrum of squeaky wheel crankery. This just seems to be the way things work.

It reminds me of another (jewish) utopia, the Bolsheviks, which many intellectuals supported, against the common sense and reality apparent to everybody. Israel is supported by mambo-jambo Orwellian double-speak, just like Bolsheviks who came to and maintain power through terrorism, fear, violence, like them there was a group of “chosen” people, that group was them, as “leaders of the proletariat”, that utopia was above all, above individuals, previous nations, and use proxies and infiltration to take control of other countries.

DD5, how am I favoring anyone? If I comment on the U.S war in Iraq, does that make me pro U.S or pro Iraqi? I think a warmongering state is 100x worse then a police state. Israel is one of them. Murder is the worst form of aggression.

One can easily be an anti-Semite and a libertarian. One can be anti-whatever and still be libertarian, as long as you keep that dislike of yours within civility (and the NAP). But yes, I agree that Israel get a heavier pounding than most other governments.

Frankly, I don’t see Israel as the worst oppression states have created. There is much worse. I do despise the Israeli state, as much as, if not more then many other states, for example lets say states like Sweden or Finland. But this is not favoring anyone, this is me despising states. I care about ALL human suffering. Human suffering is the reason I am libertarian. Without respect and property rights, we can’t end pointless human suffering.

More importantly then anything, this is my main view on the topic:

The best solution to the Israeli Palestinian conflict and the apartheid is anarchy. Destroy both states, and you destroy the states and nationalism that power them. The Israelis and Palestinians actually trade under wraps. I think there are too many similarities and interests between the two people for hostility stand without an oppressive state. Both Israelis and Palestinians are semitic. They look a lot like each other even, I’ve mistaken Israelis for other middle eastern backgrounds, and I know Israelis who thought I was Israeli. On top of that, coming from a Muslim background, and interacting with the Jewish community, one can note the similarities between the two religious groups and the culture behind them. It’s really incredible how close they are.

Bigotry of any kind is just plain stupid.

It’s hard to be libertarian and pro-jewish when jewish;

-Created Fractional reserve banking

-Created Central banks

-Created the abortion movement

-Are responsible for the black slave trade.

-Are responsible for the creation of Nuclear weapons.

-Are responsible for more revolutions than the CIA, it’s latest most honorable achievement, the Soviet Union.

-Are responsible for modern terrorism, most of the wars of the century, the current wars and are preparing the future ones.

-Brought back the Inquisition to Europe.

So a libertarian who is for honest money, peace and freedom of speech can only oppose them and see as the biggest pushers for statism and the biggest threat for liberty, honesty and peace in this world.

Talmud is the opposite of libertarianism, if jews follow Talmud, then they can not be libertarians, they have to choose (unless their faith is fake only to get subsidies or appearances).

Christians at least got the New Testament with a message of love and celebrate Christmas as peaceful hope.

Jews celebrate military bloodsheeds, far away from any kind of concept of “liberty”.

The more you research the Talmud and their role in history the clearer it is.

You can’t blame a bad action on an entire group of people. What type of individualist are you? You can’t put the blame of individuals on a bigger group of people just because of some imaginary “racial” identity. It’s like the concept of original sin. It’s complete crap. Why do I have to be against a whole race/religion of people, especially when I have no idea how to even classify people into “jewish” and “non-jewish” except based on whether somebody else called them one or the other?

But that doesn’t mean anything. You still can’t accuse them for it. For example if a family member committed murder, just because I’m ignorant or stupid to keep associating myself with them, does not mean that I murdered someone. Thinking like this obliterates the idea of individual responsibility.

I really despise the Israeli state, but bigotry is horrible and a destructive conclusion to come to. I’ve put many hours into protesting them even over the years, to show my displeasure of such oppression. I can easily understand a Palestinian for hating an Israeli for killing their family members and vice versa, but you don’t have that excuse.

Please, libertarians, one does not need to be calous and indifferent to human suffering in that region, or afraid to show displeasure to the Israeli government, this is statism at it’s worse. The Israeli state is a great example of how bad governments can be, and an obvious strong argument of that. But, you don’t be an unreasonable bigot.

It’s very easy. Definitions.

Someone voluntarily call himself jew? He then supports jewish religion, what it sacred book says and what it leaders say.

If I were to call myself nazi you would run to insult me, but apply what you just said! Not all nazis were bad right? But by voluntarily associating myself with the nazis it is understood that I support their policies. Apply the same to jews. They voluntarily call themselves jews, then they support what jew means, what they have done and do.

I don’t attack Khazarians, or race, I attack individuals who voluntarily associate with a organization based on hate, racism, supremacist and that works like a mafia at its top and slaves all the governments and therefore me. If they call themselves jews without first checking what the hell jew means and what jews belief and do and have done, then, that’s a problem of their stupidity. I’m right to research that organization, see what it has done and does everyday and call it evil, and those who associate with it, supporters of evil. I may concede that many of them are too stupid and don’t even research who they are giving their allegiance too.
I’m not attacking a collective, but a voluntary associations, if you join an organization, be responsible for what it entails.
